Fire Suppression System

SIEX offers advanced fire suppression systems including SIEX-HCTM 227, SIEX-NOVECTM 1230, and INERT-SIEXTM 541, designed to protect a wide range of hazards with high efficiency and minimal residue.

SIEX-HCTM 227 is known for its fast extinguishing and safety for people and equipment. SIEX-NOVECTM 1230 provides a clean, effective solution with no electrical conductivity, ideal for data centers and sensitive electronics. INERT-SIEXTM 541 combines 40% Argon, 52% Nitrogen, and 8% CO₂, offering a cost-effective, safe, and eco-friendly choice.

These systems offer flexibility, clean discharge, and are suitable for protecting valuable assets with minimal downtime. The CO₂ system is also available for localized extinguishing in a compact, modular cylinder design.

Safety Equipment

Aspirating Smoke Detection

VESDA-E is the next-generation Aspirating Smoke Detection (ASD) system, building on nearly 30 years of proven VESDA performance. It's known for high sensitivity and reliability in mission-critical areas. VESDA-E enhances performance with VESDA Smoke+, DustTrace, Flex, and Verify. It also lowers Total Cost of Ownership and improves installation and maintenance.

SERVVO Fire Tubing

SERVVO Fire Tubing Clean Agent FE-36 is a reliable automatic extinguisher designed to protect electrical panels, computer servers, and cabinets. When exposed to flame, the tubing bursts and instantly releases clean agent gas to suppress the fire. It's non-conductive, non-corrosive, residue-free, and environmentally friendly—ideal for sensitive equipment and enclosed areas. The cylinder is powder-coated to resist UV rays and higher pressures. It complies with NFPA standards and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.

SERVVO Thermatic

SERVVO Thermatic Clean Agent FE-36 is an automatic extinguisher that works like a closed sprinkler system. When the ambient temperature reaches 57°C, the bulb breaks and releases clean agent gas to suppress fire. It is suitable for server rooms, computer equipment, labs, and panel areas. This system uses Hydrofluorocarbon 236fa, which is safe for humans, non-corrosive, residue-free, and non-conductive. Thermatic units are easy to install on ceilings and meet NFPA guidelines, ISO 9001:2015, and international fire protection standards.

Hydrosense HS Conventional System

The Hydrosense HS Conventional System is a fully monitored water leak detection solution offering excellent flexibility and durability. It features robust junction and connection boxes, simple installation, and immediate alarm response when water is detected. The system supports enhanced aesthetics and configuration for various applications. It includes point detection probes, plug-and-play capability, and a GSM dialer option for SMS alerts, making it ideal for commercial buildings and data-sensitive environments.

Hydrosense ID Addressable System

The Hydrosense Addressable System uses single and dual loop control panels supporting up to 254 Hydrowire probes and 25,400 meters of cabling. Each device is uniquely addressable and features an LED display for fast identification. It enables advanced control of water valves, pumps, and equipment. The RS485 data bus supports up to 32 expander cards, enabling scalable system designs. Shielded cabling reduces installation time and complexity, making this solution ideal for large-scale facilities requiring precision leak detection.

Pre-Action System – Single Interlock

The Tyco Model DV-5 Supervised Single Interlock Pre-Action System with Electric Actuation is designed for applications that require sprinkler piping to remain dry until activation. It uses a supplemental detection system consisting of smoke detectors, heat detectors, or manual pull stations. When activated, the detection system opens the DV-5 Deluge Valve, allowing water to enter the piping and discharge through any open sprinklers. This system provides added protection against accidental water damage and is ideal for sensitive areas like data centers or archives.

Pre-Action System – Double Interlock

The Tyco Model DV-5 Double Interlock Pre-Action System with Electric/Electric Actuation is intended for environments where both fire detection and sprinkler activation are required before water flows. This system is ideal for critical spaces where accidental discharge must be prevented. It uses two independent detection signals—typically from heat/smoke detectors and a sprinkler head activation—to energize the releasing circuit and open the DV-5 Deluge Valve. This design provides maximum protection for high-value equipment or mission-critical rooms.
